Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return: your item must be in the same condition that you received them, UNWORN, and in original packaging. Due to health safety reasons, we can not accept returns that have been worn or placed in a piercing.  Our items are not re-sold once they have been in any piercing, this helps ensure the safety of all Ear Sugar customers.

ANY Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  Due to health safety we can not accept returns that have been worn or placed in a piercing.  Our items are not re-sold once they have been in any piercing, this ensures the safety of all customers piercing health. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
